Johnnie,

I saw a car on EBAY and contacted the seller (blueskies7878) at 631-702-0209. I met the seller, Troy Finkelstein, dba Valley Auto Group, 57 Ira Rd. suite 257, Syosset, NY 11791. The home address of Troy Finkelstein is 66 Kerry Pl, Huntington, NY 11743.

An agreement was reached for a price of $7400.00, Finkelstein prepared a sales agreement using letterhead of Valley Auto Group LLC of 6401 E. US 40 Hwy, Kansas City, MO 64129( Ali Pirzadh, president) I spoke to Mr. Pirzadh(816-923-7900) who claims Finkelstein had no business using his letter head, and has nothing to do with this vehicle, though he did acknowledge Finkelstein has sold cars for him in the past.

Apparently the car was purchased at an auto auction by Troy Finkelstein in the name of Unlimited Vision Investments, Greg Calabria, President. I spoke to Mr. Calabria who said Finkelstein buys cars for him in NY, sells them through Valley Auto and sends him the money, but since Finkelstein still owes him for other cars and he is not releasing title for this, and he will apply the funds received against the outstanding debt he is claiming against Finkelstein.

Calabria gave his auto sales license # as: VI 10207531 for Unlimited Vision Investments. The address for Greg Calabria 8008 Travelers Tree Dr., Boca Raton, FL 33434. Calabria gave his Unlimited address as 5282 NW 15th St., Margate, FL 33063

Greg Calabria was paid for this particular car, and Calabria is illegally withholding the title for this car. It also appears they are playing a shell game and not paying sales or income taxes on vehicle sold as they are buying for one company, selling through another while sending money into a third.

This experience is a unbelievably time consuming and difficult issue, and after 2 months of this circle, I still have no title!! Please, do not purchase anything from anyone mentioned above.

After cutting out the middleman Troy Finkelstein, and working with Greg Calabria from Unlimited Vision Investments, I did get my Title.

Mr. Calabria was honest and straightforward in the way he conducted business once the true facts were on the table.
