Whaldorf 306HT Home Theater system Box retail Value 1999.00 Was suppose to be Bluetooth Wireless System Range was suppose to be 100 feet with no wires.
Mans Name I was told was Greg, no Last name, He is Traveling in a Late Model Blue Mini Van with a stack of these in Boxes all are Sealed and he had one open as a Demo.
Do not Buy from him, There is no Bluetooth or HDMI as he States and there is no Power Cable to the Subwoofer unit and the Whole deal Is a Spot and Steal your Money Scam!!! All you get is a Subwoofer and 5 Mini Heavy Speakers and the cables to connect the System will not connect to any thing except a mini Stereo plug and it will not connect to the Subwoofer !
He Starts out asking 600.00 and comes down from there and says its over stock units he gets a commision on Behind his Boss's Back, Cash In His Pocket, Yea right All your Money Goes in His Pocket!
I Found This Scam also Going on In Florida Via the Internet search.
Buyers Beware! Look for the HDMI connection and when I got the Unit Home and Looked the Box over there was nothing on it about HDMI or Bluetooth!!!
I Only Hope no One Else here in Arlington falls for this!!! He found me at a QT Convience Store in South Arlington.

First, buying consumer electronics from some nameless guy in a parking lot should be a clue. This kind of equipment is more commonly found in stores. Of course, most of the suckers that buy this stuff assume that they're going to get a great deal on some hot merchandise (which IS commonly sold out of a van in a parking lot). One thing required by just about all scams is the greed of the victim.

Let me guess. It said $1999 on the box, didn't it? That's the other clue that you're getting scammed. Go to any big box electronics store and look at the boxes of equipment. You won't see a big retail price printed on the box. It's only done for the junk that these scammers sell.
