Hi, i bid on a boat that was for sale under the ebay user handle garla_US2014. I agreed that he would sell me the boat for 17,800 .. he told me he had an amended title to the boat registering it as otherwise than it was originally manufactured. 

I sent him 4,000 through paypal and when i found out that the boat was misrepresented i kindly asked for him to repay most of my funds, allowing him an amount he could keep for the trouble.

Through a serious of emails over 4 months he would tell me he had a (guy coming in a few days) or (the weather is bad so i cant get anybody to look at it)

we agreed that he could take a few weeks to cover expenses i had caused and send the remaining money to me

4 months later here i am finding out about the following ( DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH)
