we bought around 9000.00 dollars worth of equipment.big mistake is when i thought they would stand behind their product.the only thing they stand behind is the counter.we have a tire balancer that everytime we try use it ,itll tear my rims apart.the head assembly is tweaking so badly.they tell me to bring my tire down there so they can show us how to do it.that doesnt change the fact my machine is messed up.we are a big company and they can have there anchor back.ill go buy a coats.at least they will stand by their product.

Greg Smith Retraction Statement

#2Author of original report

Fri, October 26, 2012

Earlier we wrote this report mentioning that equipment we purchased from Greg Smith Equipment (GSE) did not work properly, specifically the tire changer.  I mistakenly wrote that it was a wheel balancer.  Regardless, a GSE representative came out to our facility this morning, within a week of the previous report, to investigate and test the equipment themselves.

What they found was that there was nothing wrong with the equipment itself.
We hadnt calibrated it properly, which is why we had difficulties.  After investigating, the GSE representative gave us a demonstration how to use the machine correctly.  The previous report was written without thorough instruction of how to use it, and for that we would like to apologize to Greg Smith Equipment.  We would like to thank them for resolving the issue.
