Sundem is a conman that peddles worthless medical receivables for his buddies at Mesa Pharmacy now Praxsyn. These cons provided fraudulent collection reports to run the price up to double what this crap paper is worth. Sundem has been sued several times and is being sued again for fraud by Shadow Tree Income Fund LP in Westchester County New York. Sundem's former partners at MedAR would sue him but he doesn't have any money. Sundem is a bald fat little dufus who harasses women.

While we worked with him his wife called us several times to tell us he was cheating on her and she found information on his computer about girlfriends. We all thought it was impossible for him to get a girlfriend if you have ever seen him. Here is the index number for the current fraud case against Sundem 67627/2016. He also did a pump and dump when he and his buddy John Shebanow turned Mesa into a public company-Praxsyn. The SEC is investigating both. They control Praxsyn behind the scenes which is the only way Sundem could become CEO of anything. The shut the office in Irvine down trying to escape prosecution and bought some all but defunct pharmacy in Las Vegas.

Sundem likes LV because he can hire a girlfriend. His wife, a minister, divorced him. That was his third wife. While i knew Sundem he changed his phone number four times! What does that tell you. Also, it was impossible to get an accurate address for him. Several times we sent him information and it came back from the post office. He would use Mesa's address for his mail that tells me he is one step in front of the law. Here is the link to the current fraud case against Mesa, Praxsyn and Sundem.
