Complaint Review: Gregory And Angela Vlassis

In response to the claim against Frank Mcclane and Julia DiNova. The Vlassis did get a beautiful Apex ranch home. They came to McClane with a Premier plan that we shopped 5 modulars companies to get the best deal. Apex had more features to offer than the standard features Premier was giving. 20,000 went as a deposit to Apex and the home was deliver ed COD with the balance of 80,000 owing.

The biggest issue was the set. Gregory Vlassis demanded that the set occur on Auguest 23rd. When we moved it out 3 weeks due to the fact that Conrad Coone Crane couldnt show until then.

The consumer then hired his own crew...breached our contract and paid extra to do so.

We did in fact file bankruptcy... but not due to the Vlassis breach. The Vlassis are being sued for defamation of character and breach of contract for loss of profit.

A note in closing... we almost didnt take their deal due to the fact that Angela
Vlassis proceeded to tell us at our meetings that she was abducted by aliens and belongs to a club of others that have taken that journey. Please contact us if you would like the name and email of that club. Should've stuck to our first instinct.
