Complaint Review: Gregory C Phelps Shirley Lowe Kenny Lowe

I met this person through a mutual acquaintance. She conned this person into getting several payday loans, promising to repay her back...she never did. The person is now in the hole for $3000.00. Shirley used the money for her and her husband Kenny (Kenneth) to gamble with. They rent apartments and do not pay the rents.
Shirley tried to get me to give he a loan against a property that I don't think she owns. She and her husband are terrible. They prey on young single women.
