My 1998 BMW Z3 was having problems with the ignition key spinning around and not starting the car. I was told, by Keith, the service advisor, that four of the fuel injectors were leaking gas and that was the cause of the problem. Never once did they say it was a ignition tumbler problem, which I eventually found out from the BMW Scottsdale service department. Because the engine would be torn apart, Keith highly recommended to have all six injectors replaced at a cost of $l800, again, reassuring me that the problem would be fixed. I told Keith that I had never seen any signs of gas on the garage floor and he told me that it was evaporating and I wouldn't see it. I agreed and all six injectors were replaced with new ones. I picked the car up and within hours the car was having the same problem. I called Greulichs and they requested me to bring the car back and they would find the problem. Needless to say, I was mad and told them that if they did the work for "free" I would bring it back to them. Keith said "NO" they couldn't do that. Needless to say, they didn't get my car back. They ripped me off once and it wasn't going to happen again. I felt that they had taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge and the fact that I was a women. I took my car to BMW Scottsdale and the ignition lock cylinder was repaired for an additional charge of $789.00. I actually got a call from Greulichs, because I reported them to BBB and they told me that they would not reinburse me for anything. When I brought the car in to their shop, it had two problem (the key problem, which they said didn't surface while it was in their shop and the injectors. Funny they didn't share that bit of info with me. Instead, they fixed the expensive one and lied to me about what the results of the repair would do. This whole event has been frustrating and I hope all you readers take note.

I can't say who was right or wrong, But I can say others have gone to court with them. Try small claims court if you feel you have been Ripped Off. Easy and does not cost a ton of money. Now go peep the below.
