took greyhound bus in dec 2017 from Chicago to new york  had to ay 110.00  extra for luggage  they in turn  lost all my luggage  had 4 bags and a cooler all my possessions  were in those bags, Have been fighting this since dec  today is feb 10 2018 finally got one suitcase  half empty most possessions stolen  from bag  lost gps equipment tens unit tablet  phone cords and other charge cords  and 90 % of the clothing that was in the one bag  they still owe me 3 bags  and cooler  ful of items  calling greyhound  does no good  cant get manager  at all customer service barely speak english  and each agent has a different story were bags are  was told on feb 5 baggage was at delray  not  there  then told me on feb 9 bags went to delray on the 2nd of feb  not there finally this morning went to delray they had one suitcase of 4 and no cooler  bags was almost empty  when it was packed to capacity when entrusted in their care, also this was all new luggage now this suitcase is unusable all zippers are broken and bag is all torn up hate to see condition of others if they ever find them is too expensive to sue them and they know it so they dont care we alll need to gt together and file class action against this corporation I am not the first this has happened to and sure i will not be the last so if there is an attorney out there that would be interested in taking on this issue please let me know asap Dont Use Greyhound EVER  the have no clue  what they heck they are doing  surprises me they can even run a bus service
