I was traveling from Lake Charles, La. to El Centro, Ca. we had a layover in El Paso, Tx. When we were boarding I asked the driver about disabled seating. He said they had no such thing. I am disabled.

I was loaded down with onboard luggage, when I entered the bus. There was someone in every seat, with plenty empty seats, but no-one would allow me to sit. I then asked the bus driver could he help, he said he couldn't and wouldn't ask any to let me sit.

I tried again to walk up the aisle and asked everyone could I sit.  NO. I was coming back up the aisle to get off and ask the for my ticket back so I could catch the next bus. on my way I tripped and fell right near the stairs.

The ambulance came, and took me to the hospital. I hurt my back, my leg, and my head.

This is not the first time, a friend and I were traveling together a number of times when Greyhound and it's employees have put my life in serious danger. It has happened before and since this incident. It's wrong and people need to know.

I have been trying to find a lawyer on this for a good while, If anyone can help please contact me.
