Greyhound Buslines ripoff, refuses to compensate for lost luggage THEY lost Dallas Texas
they took my suitcase off the bus before the station where I was to change buses and check it through. Though my suitcase is easily identifiable, they claim thay can't find it and refuse to compensate me for my loss due to the ineptness of their employees.
