Without regard to the problems you are encountering...certainly you can complain to those OFFICIAL entities you mentioned but the BBB and all their BS is NOT one of them! The BBB-BS is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB-BS is NOT part of ANY law enforcement body. The ONLY purpose of the BBB-BS is to SELL their PHONY "accreditations" and their PHONY "ratings".
The BBB-BS goes to great extent to try to deceive the public they have some sort of law enforcement powers when they most definitely DO NOT! They refer to themselves as "the bureau" as an effort in their deception. Every legitimate businessman knows first hand about this sorry BBB-BS con-game!
What they will do with your complaint is use it as a sales lead to try to sell this dealership an A+ PHONY rating! The BBB-BS has ZERO POWER to enforce any laws, force or compel any business to do anything or bring ANY charges against ANY business.
