Complaint Review: GREYHOUND

GREYHOUND Greyhound has the worst customer service, their unprofessional non english speaking representatives are rude and obnoxious and stole my luggage and refuse to compensate me. beware Internet

Greyhoud employees are rude and obnoxious.  They transfer you to some 3rd world country to speak with people who dont understand or speak English.  After 5 months of going back and forth submitting  forms, itemizing my items, faxing, given incorrect telephone #'s, being hung up on and spending money on faxing and postage they refuse to compensate me for luggage their employees stole.  My luggage was clearly tagged and listed my contact information and they somehow could not locate it. after 5 months. this is ridiculous.  Their staff needs extensive training in customer service and resolving complaints.  BEWARE, you would be better off renting a car or riding a scooter in lieu of utilizing there exhaust filled buses that run so bad they make your muscles ache
