1.5 months ago I ordered a $900 mobile phone from this company. After several weeks of emailing them (no phone number is available) I receive a reply saying the matter will be "looked into" 


Two weeks and numerous emails later still no phone delivered and no more replies. I ask for a full refund to which the company agrees after several delay tactics. Finally two additional weeks (and many more emails trying to find out what's going on) have gone by and no refund has been made and no explanation has been given.
