This is my last response to Griffin Cogorno after he contacted my employer harassing & embarrassing me, trying to jeopardize my job while leaving in large at his multi million dollar home in Emerald Bay, asking for a settlement without using the court system:

Griffin, Youre harassing me and my employer by contacting my work during business hours from ODonnell Group and requesting settlement without
following the legal system & using O'Donnell business email address. I assume ODonnell Group is your current broker and Realty Benefit Inc
your past broker, perhaps both will be named in my complaint to DRE, FTC, Realtor Association, Rip Off Report and BBB.
Here some Facts for you, your attorney and your employers since you decided to involve mine:

1)You never paid my agent commission for finding me the house, neither
returned any calls.
2)I prepaid 5 months worth, money was never placed into a broker trust or
escrow account,
instead you made me deposited into your interest investment account.
3) I never received monthly balance trust statements for prepaid rent

You never refunded any of the money spent in replacing your stinky carpet
$5,000 (never disclosed you had dogs)
You never refunded any of the money spend in fixing electrical $2,000
(never disclosed electrical or AC issues)
You never once cleaned the pond. ( pond was green & infected, when the
house was delivered, it took you 45 days to change the water so my kids
dont get sick)
You never fixed the broken shower glass door in my kids bathroom!
You decided to fix the AC 45 days later in the middle of summer with my
little kids suffering in the heat.
You never gave us pool keys.
You only gave me 1 garage opener and 1 key for the house.We did a walk through and you agreed to $1300 in writing ( i have the
email) for garage and blind repairs.I moved out on January 18th.
You asked me to give you notice to leave on December 24th as you had interested people and couldnt afford to modify my lease to 3200 from
3400.
You told me you would break the lease and understand my situation while asking me to keep the house clean for showings.
I am ready to go to small claim and let the judge decide after filing a complaint with all government agencies, BBB as well as contact all
internet news & press firms in the nation.
I m not your average real estate client you can take advantage of. I will take this as far as I can. I have saved pictures, invoices, emails and
text msgs from you.
My attorneys will be contacting you today. They will be responsible for
all communications, litigation & settlements.

Would the webmaster please remove the referenced report as it is untrue, nonfactual and slander. The previous author was a previous tenant that broker a residential lease, moved out without paying rent for 2 months, damages adding up to more than the deposit, refusing to reply to emails so that he could be served and taken to small claims. Please remove this article as it is slander and biased.
