Complaint Review: GripGo Universal Car Phone Mount

To whom it may concern, this GripGo product is a complete Rip off. I bought the Gripgo at Walmart in Roseburg Or. I was thinking it would  be good for traveling as much as I travel. Well at first it stuck so hard I thought it would break the back off of my phone. Then after a few times it get less and less sticky. So I would wash it in warm water to help it get cleaned but stick better because it wuould lose its grip. It worked maybe a few times then it stopped working. So I washed it again to see if it would stick and then I finally got a phone case it would not stick to my phone case at all. I would say it only worked for maybe a week or so.This GripGo is a total Rip off. I tried to return it but Walmart has a two week Policy. Then I tried contacting the GripGo Company and I could not find them on the internet at all until I ran across a Rip Off report that had some information. I tried calling their number and I was on the phone for a long time and no one answered the call. Their costomer service is not even responding to calls.

I think this company should be shut down and I would warn and tell everyone this company is not to be trusted.. I might even file with the BBB
