I lived in France, I ordered on the web, entertainment grizzly, a Cuban tres ( Cuban guitar) the end of February, 2011; the tres was delivered in April. But it was not the one that I had ordered! I ordered(and paid) an electro and acoustic  version (with a microhone), and I received an simple accoustic version.
It was very complicated and very expansive to send back it to Usa;
I thus suggested in entertainment Grizzly sending me the microphone and to pay off inistallation expenses ( 75 dollars). They accepted this proposition on the  April 29th ' ! TODAY: nothing was delivered, or paid off on my paypal account.
I sent tens of e-mail: no clear answer bringing the proof of the sending of the microphone...
Swindlers or simply overwhelmed and busy, are them as they claim it.
I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IT TAKES NEAR THAN 2 MONTH TO SEND ME THE MICROHONE AND TO PAY OFF WITH PAYPAL
