My husband and his boss purchased a guitar from these people via ebay that cost over $600. After weeks of empty promises to ship and no tracking number, we figured out something was up. We contacted the seller to get the problem resolved and they told a story about weather, then UPS getting in an accident, and then a delay at the distributor (Ovation guitars). My husband contacted the Ovation directly to find out that this seller hasn't purchased anything from them since October of 2010!! They refuse to answer our calls now and have not returned the money that they took. Don't trust them with your order. Go to a more reliable source!!! We will file for legal action if ebay doesn't resolve.
