Nearly 3 months since my order date and I have neither the product or a refund.

A week after I received a confirmation of shippment, I contacted Grizzly to find they not only had not shipped the guitar, they did not even have one in stock. They said it would be in stock in about 30 days, so I cancelled my order. A week later they confirmed the refund, but it's coming up on 3 months and the refund has not shown up on my credit card.

Either these people are inept or they are criminals. I would not even think about doing business with them again. Neither should you.
