We ordered a drum from Grizzly Guitars and Enterainment online on July 15, 2011. We got an email saying it was shipped. When it did not show up in 10 days, we emailed and Jason quickly emailed back "That was the last one, there must have been a problem with shipping" He offered to sell us a more expensive one or refund our money.

We asked for the refund. (It had become clear at that point that no other site on the internet had the drum in stock, so it is likely that Grizzly never had it, never sent it...and the offer to upgrade was just more of a scam.)

Nothing. We have emailed multiple times and heard nothing. They do not provide an address or phone number on the site which should have been a clue, but we finally found one on the Better Business Bureau site. They just got BBB approval in June...our problems with them started in July.

Now that we have a phone number, we have called and left a message that we are posting here. If there is no response, we will follow up with BBB
