Complaint Review: Grogan's Town Chrysler Plymouth

I have been looking for a replacement for our minivan and finally settled on a used 2011 Grand Caravan.  I am disabled and on a very tight budget.  I contacted them regarding the miniivan they had  online.  After filling out forms online.  they offered me a deal which would make my payments $158 a month with the trade of my current minivan.  After sayinng I was approved, I went down to do the paperwork.  When I got there and test drove it, I decided to go for it. When they took us in to see the finance people, suddenly that promised $158 a month jumped to $271 a month.  Alsdo they tried to short us on our trade.
