Salesman lied about equipment to get me into contract. When I called to confront him about it there was conveniently no salesman there by that name and I was basically told that I had to deal with it. Customer service is rude and careless and will cut you off or place you on eternity hold if you show dissatisfaction with them. Software is less than mediocre to say the least. I downloaded a "Sales Report" to complete some business on my end and it gave me a blank excel page. Also will not allow you to go back and add tips after screen has been closed out so you can forget about that money.
