Grossinger Auto Group Failed to refund money Lincolnwood Illinois
I bought a car at their Hyundai location in Lincolnwood. Their practices were shady for starters. I went back in to take off an insurance I did not want upon further research. Did the paperwork and I was refunded part. It’s been 4 months and still waiting for the rest! They sold the dealership after my cancellation, without having their affairs in order. No one will call me back or give me answers... the only call back I got was after I threatened to stand outside their dealerships... which I will now be doing again.
The person they connected me with told me that during the sale a lot was left incomplete and that the new place fired all Grossinger employees for their incompetence and shady sales tactics- what does that tell you. Still not receiving any responses. Filed with the State’s Attorney and will be moving forward in anyway I can think of including standing outside their dealerships on weekends to warn others...
