I have acct with group lotto to play for chance to win, this first time grouplotto bill my acct it was for 9.99 twice on the same day. well i have been trying to contact this company since june and the only thing i have is a phone and a fax #.

but when calling the phone # you can only give your email and they state they will remove you i done that over three or four times when i faxed three to four time i state on the fax that they are removing 9.99 from my acct twice monthly and that let them know that's not correct and i would like to close my acct. as of 11-24-03 they removed 9.99 twice from my acct. i have request that they close my acct and refund my money. i need to be able to speak to someone on the phone. i have went online to try to find some way to speak with someone to end this problem i having with this company. if anyone know how to contact grouplotto please help!!! thank you
