  I bought a groupon from the site, and it appeared in the "my groupons" area of my account as ready to print. Once the charge cleared from my bank account, I went back to print and it was gone. I searched high and low around the site, and it was gone. I contacted customer support, and they wrote me back claiming that my account is linked with someone else's, or something (it made no sense), and that I should try to combine them. It was ludicrous. The email also seemed somewhat sarcastic, which would be ironic considering their suggestion.

  I have emailed back insisting on a refund, which according to the homepage is guaranteed if your groupon doesn't meet your satisfaction, and I am still waiting for a reply. I will update this if I receive one.
