Complaint Review: Groupon

Groupon Groupon Travel Services Misrepresented a hotel property, when we arrived, was half torn down, no amenities, dirt everywhere, customer service just blew me off 4 times

Totally misrepresented a hotel "Deal" when we got there, the hotel was half demolished, none of the amenities available, construction equipment roaring, no pool, no restaurant, no jacuzzi, even reception was torn down, had to go to convention center to check in. 

Groupon refused to help, four separate transcripts customer service blew off my complaints, so much dust kicked off my asthma, heartless, breached contract, refused to help find alternate.  Essentially, told me "Sleep in your car, we'll try to get back to you in 48 hours or less. 

Never trust Groupon for travel, they lie, abandon you if there's a problem, neglectful.
