Complaint Review: Grout Medic

I hired Grout Medic to clean my five year old, not so dirty grout in my kitchen. After 3+ hours and a few hundred dollars, it looked the exact same as it did prior to the cleaning. These guys do not have the proper equipment to do this job correctly. They were using a dirty rag, pushing more dirt into the grout, then proceeded to seal it. After complaining to the supervisor that came to look and agreed it was not a good job, they said they would come redo it. They never showed. After another complaint, I recieved half my money back. I should have received over half, for all the trouble I went through. I would not recommend this company at all. Find a place with the correct equipment to get the job done right.
