Complaint Review: Growing Rich W/google

I was sent a "you won $500 gift card" from Wal Mart. Enter your confirmation # and your card will be on its way. I search thru all the pages and found nothing on entering a confimation #. They listed all kinds of things that you might like to have sent to you or what to buy. I did check the circle that I would like information on reading emails for money. When I checked my visa account later, I found a charge of $30.95 from
"Growing rich w/goole" I called my credit card company and was told the phone number to call about the charge. I called and ask what company this is and what the charges were for. I was informed it was for a CD and they would not refund the money. I would not pay $31 for a CD of any kind I called the credit card company again and they told me they would send a new card and I could file a dispute against the company.

How do companies like this get by with ripping people off. I read another rip off on this place. It is a shame that people like this can just take money out of an account.
