Attended a 3-day seminar and signed up for several educational classes. They claimed during the seminar that the classes were held in our region several times a year as well as other locations. We spent $11,000 for this educational training. We signed up 3/1/08. One of the courses was offered 3 weeks later in Utah-but we didn't have time to arrange our schedule to attend. We called when the next classes would be offered--we were told they would be posted on the website--this was March 2008. All that was posted were classes for 2007. We called again in April 2008 and they said they would be posted shortly. None were posted in April. We called in May and they said they would be posted. Bythis time, we could see the handwriting on the wall. When a class was posted, we called immediately and it was already filled. We tried to get on a webinar through the computer--there were all kinds of problems plus we did not pay $11,000 to sit at a computer and listen to a voice and words on the computer. The contract allowed 3 days to cancel the contract. Unfortunately, we did not know this company does not have regularly scheduled classes to attend. They would not refund our money. We contacted our credit card company and they initially took the charge off--but then charged it back to us when the company said we signed a contract. They did not fulfill the terms of the contract--they do not offer the live classes as promoted in the seminar.
