Grundy collectors insurance / Grundy worldwide Philadelphia indemnity insurance company Representative was very rude they do not return your phone calls after three weeks of calling them at least four times a week or next still no phone call back when speaking to the lady she was rude on the phone after being rude she hangs up the phone and I face would they would even update us on the next up on the just very unprofessional it's now been three months and we still haven't gotten any results from the claim that was filed in May 2015 this is now July and after three weeks of calling we talk to a young lady with them and she tells us to contact their lawyer and she give us his contact information I spoke with the lawyer and he states that he doesn't have anything else to do with the case only thing he did was took our statement under oath and that was it so we called back she put us on a 15 minute hole and come back and tell us she really doesn't know what's going on and someone will give us a call back and we still haven't received a callback from from Dell warranty I believe is a rip off and no one should deal with it at all Pennsylvania Nationwide

  Grundy Insurance is a rip off I have a claim in with them now and they won't even return phone calls I've tried contacting him for the last three weeks and at least four times a week of call the last conversation I had with an insurance adjuster who had my case she was very short with her answers she hung up the phone in our face and on the voice messages are we was asking for was an update on the claim they have drug this thing out for three months now and we still don't know what's the next step only thing that we getting now is a piece of paper in the mail saying that they will not renew the insurance but would not answer The phone they're very on professional the supervisor has yet to contact us we gave him a call twice and left two different voicemails on his phone I also talk to one of their representatives yesterday and she stated a lawyer was handed out case and gave and gave us his contact information he stated that only thing he was doing was taking I will under oath statement and had nothing else to do with the case so we give her a call back and she puts us on a 15 minute hold and then comes back on the phone to tell us she doesn't know what's going on and she was saying Mrs. Melissa Eppolito the claim adjuster an email to call us and we still yet to have received a phone call but they was willing to call email and do what was necessary to get I will money for us to buy the insurance had no problem contacting him but now when we have a claim and we can't get a phone call back they only has to last two minutes save your money do not go to Grundy worldwide they are a rip off
