We had a 73 Plymouth Duster insured through them, we paid our premium in august 2011, we sold the car , in February 2012, we notified the company the day we sold it.
We have to this day received nothing monetary from them, excuses is all we get.
They told us changed owners, they would call us, not , they sent us a letter saying we had insurance with them as verified ,but that's it....
I suppose when its your money they are using interest free they don't care, I think they need a reality check or some people who know what they are doing.
