SO I Get a call from my adjuster this afternoon so I looked up the nice man that came to my house to help me I could not read his number .so I see Patrick McNamara name on this card so I text him he tells me t call another company I ask him why he starts off me rude won't apologize he is a real a** hole so we text foe while giving tell him I'm upset he tells me to f*** off now keep in mind I have signed contract with this company this company came to my house tore out half my kitchen and my adjuster from usaa wanted to see it so I put hold on job this man Patrick tell me he is Russell Hyman that he is the sole owner of the business and I'm screwed go to hell in a hand basket STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BAD BUSINESS SO I LOOK UP ON LINE THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE HE PATRICK MCNAMARA IS IN PROFESIONAL THE MAN IS A JOKE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN SNAKE IN THE NOW I HAVE A JOB NOT DONE AND HE WON'T FINISHED I HAS VERY NO PLACE TALKING TO A COMPUTER I'M OUT 15,000.00 DO NOT HIRE THEM U WILL BE NEXT VICTIM HE WILL START A JOB AND NOT FINISH HE HAS BAD RECORD SPRED THE WORD

As an owner of Gryphon Restoration a DBA of Gryphon Construction and an avid user of social media I can 100% understand the important of positive feedback. The unfortunate thing is there is no help for business owners against untrue or false reviews from disgruntled employees or even competitors. We are left to write rebuttal to save a name we worked hard to build.
This is nothing more than me discovering a very unsavory individual I made the horrific mistake of hiring. If only I had discovered this report site prior to hiring Josef Yarmus who is on here several times I could have saved myself a lot of money and heartache. Instead I'm forced to rely on the thousands of customers who we've treated well over the last 20 years that Gryphon has been in business. That has to speak louder than some bogus report on line.
