GSA Application Services is back to their same games. Search FEMA Today and GSA 1000 on this site and see the long list of clients who were scammed! They have changed their name to the current one but still bilking small businesses. The florida attorney general is now investigating them. Please contact Robert Maulberg who is with the Attorney General office. Bob Mahlburg 813-287-7950 or Robert.Mahlburg@myfloridalegal.com. Even if you were scammed under FEMA Today or any of their directories such as Federal Suppliers Guide and all other scam directories that never go to any govt agency but stays within their company! Search GSA 1000 and you will find the real names of the owners and an ex employee willing to serve as a witness to testify about their illegal practices! Stay clear away from them and never pay them upfront because you will have to threaten to sue before you get any service. Although their local west florida bbb is a joke who still ranks them as a B-, i would also still file a complaint with them.
Do a search on the internet under their old names but make sure you respond to any questions but you must mention their new name in your subject so new businesses will know you are talking about them. This is why they change their name becasue if we complain under the old name, new businesses will never know we are really talking about GSA Application Services (their current name). Good luck as I am doing whatever it takes to get their name and business practices out on the internet under their new name so other small businesses will not be bilked like they have down under FEMA Today/ GSA 1000 and GSA Preview and all other names!!! If you do a search under both FEMA Today and GSA 1000, the comments are enough to make you cry!!!

Here is latest on Sprecher and his companies. Pam Bondi the Attorney General of Florida announced a special investigation has been started into Sprecher and his companies.

This is finally the end for these scam artists. If you been scammed by GSA Application Services, GSA Preview, GSA 1000, Federal Verification or any of there other companies you should do what I did and call the attorney generals office. They may help you get your money back.
And look out because they have new companies they are getting ready to start now that they are busted on old ones. They have new companies in Dallas and Pittsburgh so look out if you get a call about GSA from either Dallas or Pittsburgh area.

Im a former employee of Countryside Publishing and I know lots about Jim Sprecher and his business practices. Jim Sprecher is GSA Application Services and all the bad stuff you see s true. Everything you see about GSA 1000 is true but worse than you see. They went from Countryside to GSA 1000 to Federal Verification to now GSA Application Services. But it gets much worse.
STAY AWYA. Sprecher's new scams are even more nasty than his old stuff. Believe it or not he's now in the Religion Business. His latest girlfriend is named Stella Collins and she was his secretary before he started cheating on his wife with Stella. He's now in a nasty divorce with his wife Yvonne Shawn the poor girl he married just to get her name to use and not pay creditors in her name. So he leaves Yvonne for Stella but now Stella is the name he uses on one of his new companies

So he's got GSA Application Services and Creative Concepts Group for his normal GSA scams, but Sprecher is moving to new criminal heights. His girlfriend is the owner and agent for the Greater Grace Church of Clearwater. Look it up! Church is a non-profit that doesn't pay no taxes so its perfect for Sprecher to launder the money he steals from other companies he secretly owns.
STAY AWAY! This guy will rob you. I know I used to work their before I could tell what was really happening their. Save your money, stay away from GSA Application Services and his other companies.
And I would bet the other ex-employee with a rebuttal is actually Sprecher himself under a fake name. Sounds like it.

First and foremost, let me please address to all that may read this; consider the source when reading anything across this wonderful piece of technology called the internet. Can the person even use proper English? Does this person even know how to spell properly? How much time do these people really have that they can devote such a large amount of their time to slandering a long-standing company? How stupid do people really need to be that they believe anything and everything that someone may post across the internet?
Use just a small amount of common sense, please. Absolutely, please contact the Florida Attorney General, but don't take this idiots' word for who or how to contact them. Do your own research. As for the "all-knowing and enlightening" known as the internet, wow, where do I begin? Let us all just kill ourselves! If you really did research the internet, you would discover that EVERYTHING, SOMEWHERE, from SOMEONE is bad for you and is probably going to kill you. Does this company follow very strict guidelines? Absolutely. This would be why I am no longer employed. I am not going to bad-mouth my former employer for my own actions. There are still some decent people in the world and there are even fewer decent companies. Can anyone fully guarantee that you will not die today? No, they cannot. So then why would someone be able to fully guarantee that anyone would obtain the GSA MAS Contract? The approval is ultimately up to the Federal Government. Everyone must take confidence in knowing that they have taken all of the proper steps in order to prepare for this process to run as smooth as possible. Why do people slander? The source of the slander is below the standard set-forth by the victim of the slander. If anyone would like to do business with Joe Blow up the street, well then you are setting yourself up for a disappointment. To anyone who actually does believe what is posted on the internet by some illiterate individual, then you absolutely deserve what you get and you should be out of business.
