Complaint Review: GSI Citizens Services Management

They got me and I have been trying to call there customer service number (866)939-9542 every day all day since 3/6/06 finaly got thru was told by a Mr Mark Kenner that the reciept number/tracking number did not show up in there system. He mut me on hold to check and said he would turn my information and tracking number over to his supervisor (who was not there at the time) and he assured me that there would be no deductions taken from my account. I told him my Bank ( a Federal Credit union )would be watching for it and if they tried to charge my accont the Fraud department of the Credut union would be investigating.

Mark tried to deny any involvement with GSI ( YEAH RIGHT) even after I advised him the company Calling itself Citizens Services Management was know to be affiliated with GSI and was posted on several Fraud Websites.


well I learned a Tough Lesson and will not make that mistake again
