Complaint Review: GSM Wireless

GSM Wireless, Inc. rips a lot of people off. They usually hide their company name by using Cingular Wireless. I purchased a phone there and took it back the next day for a refund because the phone was not very good. They told me I would have to wait 10 weeks for a refund. I waited 24 weeks and still no refund. GSM Wireless, Inc. does not have a website or any contact information for customers. They stonewall you. The company that I purchased the phone from in Sacramento said that the refund has to come from headquarters and refused to give me my refund. I researched the company on the internet and other consumers have had the same problem. GSM Wireless, Inc. also gives checks that bounce when you try to cash them. Their phone service is terrible and I am writing this to inform anyone that is thinking of purchasing a phone from this company or any company that goes by the name of Cingular Wireless and is an independent dealer. I would have to advise you not to buy a phone from them if you want to keep your hard-earned money.
