Complaint Review: GSynergy

GSynergy Environment Corp. is a U.S. company claiming to have ties with a Korean based bio-tech company that is authorized to sell an organic/ biological waste handling machine. However, if documentation is requested for verification of any of the claims, none will or can be provided. The Company's manager/owner or whatever, is a gentleman that claims to be a former attorney and he will hire through resources like craigslist.com or other "at home" job placement web sites. The company operates in a run down office space in the Flushing/College Point, Queens NY area with claims of having an additional large warehouse facility to house the said equipment. The pay structure is strictly commission, with claims of a $100k salary after the trial/probationary period is successfully completing 3 sales per month. This 3 month period basically wastes time and effort of the canvassing salespeople and attempts to sell Distribution Rights, Dealerships and the hustle is as follows: "1. Carters Investment: $100,000 for dealership & Distributorship-Negotiable Create stream of revenue by renting our units to their customers every month Create profit by buying at low and sell at high Reduce their expenditures. Every 18 of 800lbs machine they sell, they can reduce 1 truck Reduce labor cost, insurance, etc 2. Brokers Investment: $100,000 for dealership & No distributorship is available for brokers Create stream of revenue by renting our units to their customers every month Create profit by buying at low and sell at high 3. Wholesalers Investment: None Referral Agency Agreement is available $2000 for the closing of sales for the referral agent. This can be done out of your home and you can make good living doing this.. Let me know what you think." Provided by the "owner" of GSynergy..... This equipment was sold already in NY and NJ over the past two years by waste hauling companies that have stopped selling since then due to its inferiority in technology and lack of gaining legal permits to be installed in the United States. The procurement of sale for this high tech Eco-friendly machine is difficult since there is no authoritative permit or certification that allows this equipment to be legally used in the United States. This appears to be a start up company with an IPO stock scam in its future. Stay away from this machine, its salespeople and principals. There are legitimate companies offering better equipment that is AMERICAN MADE with a far better understanding of the end user's needs, local government and the welfare of its agents/employees.
