GT Colon Power Ripoff of consumers. Davie Florida
This company advertises a free 14 day trial of their product. 7 days for shipping and 7 days for trial. You must notify them within the 14 days or they will automatically ship another $89.31 order without your authorization.. They provide a phone number of 877-331-3577 or 877-350-8480 to cancel. You must call them by phone to cancel. I attempted to cancel prior to any further shipment. After calling for 4 days and staying on hold for up to an hour at a time, I was never able to contact them and my card was billed on the 14th day.
If you call them, you get a message that they have high traffic and there may be a long wait but do not hang up. Then you get loud music which continues on and on without end and without any answer by any human or machine.
This is a ripoff. DO NOT get involved with this company. I am having to go to my card company and cancel my card in order to prevent any further shipments. I am still trying to recover my money but I doubt that will happen.
This company is a cheat and ripoff and will keep on charging your card until you cancel the card. They do not answer their phone.
Never again. The other company related to this is SMS Inc. They are a party to the cheating.

Spoke with customer service with both companies - GT Colon Power and Pure Acai Berry Pro Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. Customer Care Team 1-866-964-1011. Both companies promised no more orders and agreed to refund or not withdraw any funds from my PayPal account. THEY LIED!! They withdrew the funds and I have not even received any merchandise. BE WARNED!!!! These two companies are running an Internet scam to get your money. They don't answer their phones and they will disconnect on you if they do answer. You can wait over an hour to get someone to answer the phone and then they can't even speak enough English for you to understand them.
I RECORDED ALL CONVERSATIONS - I hope they read this because I have recordings of their statement not to make any charge and to refund what charge they did make. I intend to push this for prosecution. A law suit will cost them more just to defend it over what they ripped me off for.
