Complaint Review: GT Direct

GT Direct Deceptive trade practices cashed my check 09-09-02 and have not received product yet! Fraud Hicksville New York

My order was placed for the Deluxe Cableflex package on August 22, 2002. The check cleared my account on September 9, 2002. I have yet to receive my money back or the product. I have called numerous times. Long distance for that matter.

Each time I call I speak to someone different. Have spoken to several "supposed" supervisors, written a certified letter with copy of cancelled check, copied my attorney and the Better Business Bureau!!

GT Direct does not offer a 1-800 line so you have to call long distance each time, be put on hold for at least 15 minutes or more, then go through your problem with someone different each time and furthermore, not yet resolved!!

This is the worst operated business I have ever dealt with and as of now I really just want my money back. They have it and I have nothing!!!!

They do not have a fax machine, cannot give you a tracking number, etc. They need to be investigated NOW!!!!!
