GTN Quotes No better than any call center Seattle Washington
I received a call and an email from GTN through my parent company with promises of excellant success calling individuals to set up appointments for insurance sales. The pitch is that GTN will call through lists supplied by the agent or producer with a guarantee of 1 1/2 - 2 confirmed contacts per hour with an expected financial return of over $2500 per month in new business.
We were told to contact GTN about an intial offer of 90 days trial period which would cost $900 and could be split into 3 payments. We were not informed that the only way to accomplish this would to use Paypal deferred billing. I set up an account and uploaded 1000 contact names. Within the first week I received 9 confirmed contacts for the 8 hours which GTN says it called the names on the list. Not a single name or phone number was correct and I contacted GTN with my concern.
I was told that the agent who had emailed the contact information had been given a correction and that this type of problem would not be an issue in the future. I uploaded 2500 additional names and received 25 new confirmed contacts within the next 2 weeks. Not one person answered the phone when I attempted to contact the customer and when I was successful I was asked to remove the name from any future calls. I contacted GTN and was told that these problems could be expected since the information was only as good as the contact list uploaded into their system.
I met with my District manager and called our state executive and was advised to cancel my contract with GTN. Our representative was Mary Donohue and she suddenly started to become impossible to contact. She finally agreed to credit the remaining 60 days or $600 to me but stated that it would take as long as 60 days to process. During the next 60 days I heard nothing from GTN and did not see a credit to Paypal or a check to my door so I tried in vain to contact GTN via email and phone.
Numerous calls to Cameron Seneca, ceo of GTN, went unanswered, voice mails were not returned, emails were not returned. I succeeded in contact \ing Laura Miller on May 28, 2013 and informed her that I would be filing a small calims action against GTN in my county of residence and found out that GTN does not even have a registered agent in Washington state to receive process. When I told Laura that I would be including her and Cameron as litigants in the action she told me that she was not going to get dragged into something she knew nothing about and that she would have an answer for me within 12 hours.
I will follow up on complaint as it progresses.

I know currently he uses an agent out of Sioux City IA named Herbie Shreve as a reference for his sales agent to give to potential clients and Im guessing this guy has no idea what GTN is really all about. I would love any information I can get to make sure this Company doesnt take advantage of anyone else.

I have been made whole thanks in no small part to a former employee of GTN Quotes. I have heard from many former employees of GTN about the scam which is being run there. There is no oversight to the quality of the calls and contacts given to the paying agent. Service representatives call until they get an answer and then move on to the next call list from a different agency or company. Former employees tell me that the IRS has openned an investigation into the employment practices of GTN and I have heard from many sources that civil and criminal charges have been filed against GTN Quotes and its president Cameron Seneca.
I have changed positions within my insurance company and my advice to any agent who asks is to stay away from GTN Quotes.

I want everyone to knw I resigned from GT Network on 06/20/13 because I found out of all the illegal activities that Cameron seems to represent in his company. When being approached by many agents I at no time had authorization to do a refund. Finally after threatening to quit if Cameron did not refund said agents money I would resign he did pay him the 600.00. I can verify all the agents I personally signed on were taken care of because I did see to it.
Cameron takes money from agents per hours. He only has his representatives dial til they get a quote, rather it is 5 minutes or a hour. Agents do not receive the time they pay for. Cameron has no office in the world trade center. His so called corporate head quarters consists of a 1000 sq ft. apt. He doesn't care about the agents and his only concern is signing them on, and once he has there money he will not even talk with them. He pushes his dirty work off on others to handle.
I personally took good care of agents. Cameron owes 1000's and 1000's of dollars to past employee's that he does not pay when they leave. The IRS IS investigating him. He has paid no taxes on his business. He is headed down a road of prison time. I do want everyone who reads this to know that I stood up for this agent and got him his refund. I then resigned from the company and spend time trying to make sure that people learn what a scam Cameron is.

I contacted Laura Miller after she forgot to return my call as promised and was informed that she would file harassmen t charges against me if I contacted her again. She called me back to say that she was recording the call and had been advised by a Kentucky (?) police department to make sure I understood that she was serious about her threat even though Cameron Seneca advised me in an email to contact laura Miller. I realize that the phone bank used by GTN is simply that since I called a Seattle number and Laura called me back on a non Seattle area code number. Cameron Seneca is a sleaze who has repeatedly dodged phone calls and emails on;y stating in an email that a $600 refund would place his company in a severe hardship. I have the paperwork ready for a Small Claims action in my county of residence and I am awaiting Cameron's or GTN's real address since the address listed as their world wide headquarters is a post office box.

The address that is most commonly listed for this company is only the address of an office that was hired to receive and forward all calls for gt network to other numbers and cell numbers of employees, i have quite a bit of insight on this company and how it operates as well as a direct address where cameron seneca can be found and served with any important papers that may arise as a result of any proceedings.
