This company has charged me 3 times at $9.95 a pop; they are apperently notorious. I just called there. They refunded me the past 2 months. I asked if the representative (a girl w/ a Caribbean accent) knew that many people are getting ripped off. She said 'yes, many people are calling.' I asked to speak to a supervisor. She panicked (as if there were none on-site). I wasn't put on hold or even on mute. She said she couldn't find one like 4 times and said that they have a web-site to complain about. then the line dropped.

Then I called again and was on hold forever. I asked for a supervisor again. The rep said she waas 'mandated' to get my information before transferring my call. Then she said to call back w/ my info. Then I was on hold. Then she came back and I said where are you located? "Deerfield Park, FL." I asked for a supervisor's name. Then she put me on mute for 1 minute and hung up.
