Complaint Review: Guangzhou Baiyun Feile Inflatables Factory

Feile inflatables is a horrible company to deal with in China. They supplied me with 50 sample bounce houses from their factory. They have all ripped instantly within 30 minutes of use. Cindy promised me the order would be done in 30 days. It took allmost 3 months to complete. I have been speaking with Maria but she doesnt seem to get anything done at all . She is the sales mangaer who just gives me the runaround. 

Never do business with this company!!!

On top of this they are all ripping on the front seam. Very unprofessional company. They have built the worst bounce houses ever!!  Im out a little over $15,000 after this. They say they will make it right but just keep giving me the Chinese run around
