Guangzhou Barry Industrial Co.,LTD cninflatables.com Fraudulent Switchout to Low Quality Items, Denies Non-Shipment of Major Items Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province Internet
WARNING. DO NOT TRANSACT WITH THIS INFLATABLE, BOUNCE HOUSE, MECHANICAL BULL, MOON WALK MANUFACTURER LOCATED IN CHINA.
SCAMS: We are a large events business that has purchased twice from this vendor. First order we DID NOT receive the mechanical bull we ordered, we received a unit that could not be used in the United States. Vendor offered a few hundred dollars "off" another order. We could only use the $4000 item for spare parts! The inflatables we purchased have proven defective with low quality workmanship, lasting only a few months instead of the 5+ years normally expected.
Second order: Again we did not receive the mechanical bull we had ordered. We ordered their top of the line unit and received an older model, inferior unit (much less expensive). We did not receive a $2000 surfboard unit at all. The crates received and documented on shipping records could not possibly have contained it (much too small) yet the manufacturer insists "it is not in our warehouse so we must have shipped it to you"! Vendor also failed to meet shipment schedules (late by 2 months, even after the 3 month lead time was figured in), failed to notify of ocean shipment and delivery to port.

Unfortunately the previous poster was fired for serious misconduct from a previous company and has as incorrectly identified us. He has failed to state that we have a perfect BBB record, a perfect safety record (zero claims with over 1 million people using our equipment in 2011) and one of the largest and newest inventories in the industry. Unfortunately he has attempted to taint our warning about the Barry Company in China, please ignore any further statements not related to our warning. We have found a number of good partners in China, we are happy to share our experiences with other U.S. Companies who want to reduce their risks in this.

This situation sounds like karma catching up to theeventline.com
Based in Granite City, IL called "Experiencing Imagination" or should I call it "Experiencing Crap with a Fresh Coat of Paint". If you are interested in doing an event which requires any type of equipment rental I advise you to stay away from this so-called company.
All equipment that they rent is not as advertisted. Most is over 25 years old, but advertised as the latest and greatest. They have set up an area at the Illinois State Fair in the past. Let me just say be careful if you attend this as your children could get seriousy injured. I've seen it happen.

BARRY INDUSTRIAL REFUSES TO CORRECT
#4Author of original report

After nearly a year of trying, we are still out our money. Barry Industrial refuses to respond, probably knowing another victim is just around the corner. Nearly all the inflatables we purchased from them have failed (1-2 years max, not 5-10 years as expected), stitching and welding were very sub-standard. We have found good vendors, don't hesitate to ask ---- buying from China is a risky proposition and we'd like to make sure others avoid what we experienced.
