Complaint Review: Guangzhou Charm For You Bio—Technology Co. Ltd.

I ordered these products (cosmetics) in early 2017 , the rep I was dealing with at that time was Sandy Lin. Told me to send the money for my order and when I sent it she then told me that some of the products were out of stock. She told me when I do my next order I’ll get the rest of products owed. She then left the company. I was contacted by another rep Named Joyce. I spoke to her concerning the products owed and she kept telling me I’ll get them when I make another order. By this time I didn’t want to deal with this company anymore so I asked for a refund.

She told me that I cannot get a refund and after I insisted that it was my right and kept messaging her she started to ignore me. I didn’t know she left the company until I was contacted by another rep in 2018 named Mc. Queen. I explained to her what happened with Joyce and I was informed that she left the company also. After communicating my situation to her she informed me that I would be refunded. It was then a while before she informed me that I would have to contact her boss Allen concerning my refund. I did and up to now I’m still being ignored.
