The people that got scammed with 179.99 were lucky.I got scammed for 999.99 which was, as Michael Marlin explained, half the cost for the usual affiliate fee. Being a trusting person, I discussed it with my husband and we scraped the funds together as we are doing a large home renovation and the funds would have been nice. Michael promised that my bank draft would arrive within 2 or 3 days.

I ran to the bank on Friday to get a USD bank draft made then I ran to UPS to ensure that they could deliver the draft overnight. Got back home and phoned Michael to advise that the draft was on it's way and would be there the next morning, which was a Saturday. Sure enough Michael phoned to tell all was well, they had received the draft and my payment would be sent out by UPS and should reach me within the next 2-3 days. This is where I began to be doubtful, if I could get a bank draft there overnight on a weekend why did they need 2 to 3 days to send me my draft?

Then I received an email stating that I had been downgraded in the affiliates. That really got my back up but Michael said it was a data error...I've been phoning, paging and leaving messages all week and he will not return my calls so today I used a different phone and lo and behold he picked up. He actually had the balls to tell me that something coming from another country can take longer. This really cracked me up as I send the draft to the states overnight on a weekend but he can't do the same because it's a different country.

I'm not going to let this go. I will take this to small claims court and he picked the wrong girl to mess with as I have a family of cops and lawyers and one of them works for Interpol in the money laundering side and he should be able to help me. I may not get what he promised me but I want my money back and will take him to court if I have to. At least this way we'll have one more crook off the streets.
