Anyone who has been ripped off by this firm should check with the Attorney General of Arizona. I filed a complaint several years ago and it appears they may have arrested the individual associated with Guaranteed Advertising. I have not recouped any of the funds I invested. I did get a formal document from the Attorey Gen's office requesting an impact statement against my loss prior to sentencing of this individual. I did not respond but apparently this form indicated that many individuals have been victimized here. Your best bet is to speak with a good tax consultant and write off the loss if at all possible.
