Complaint Review: Guaranteed Tax Relief.com

Guaranteed Tax Relief.com This firm is a Rip Off --- Power Tax Relief in new form Los Angeles California

  • Reported By:
    Los Angeles California

Guaranteed Tax Relief.com is a scam.

The same folks that ran the rip-off firm PowerTaxRelief.com simply set up a new name and keep scamming poor suckers.

They have no Tax Attorneys or agents. Ask them who's going to handle your case. No one they will tell you about. They burned out the last company name and simply opened up under this name... Don't let them scam you.

They burned me when I was a client at power tax ---

this company is not only a ripoff, they are thieves. i was a consumer and they never answered my calls about my payments. they are very unorganized and it sounds like they are working in a warehouse. be careful if they call you and ask for more money! they told me that i owed more than i told them and needed more money to take care of the problem. i know exactly how much i owed and it is no where near what they told me. don't give them the additional money. they still wont do anything for you except steal. don't give them any money period!

Scam tax companies will always shut their doors and reopen under a new name if the people working for them are incompetent. For the fool who stood up for them, the guarantee is worth NOTHING if the company goes out of business. No one will stand up for you in an IRS audit situation if the company goes out of business!

If consumers need someone to perform tax services, choose someone who has been around for a while and a history. Stay off the internet and choose someone with a brick and mortar shop.

Highly Doubtful

I find it really doubtful that this comment is true. The reason is that there is a written guarantee in the contract that requires this firm to complete what they state. There are a ton of people that are qualified to work on customer cases. Even looking at their website www.guaranteedtaxrelief.com you can see the experience they have. When I've called they make it clear that who is the specific person working on the IRS issue and what stage they are at. I think that this Andrea is is a hoax because they know what they are talking about
