On or aboaut 1 September 2004 I was contacted by Guardian Financial Benefits service about receiveing a 2000.00 dollar no interest for three year credit card. I was told I could transfer my balances on other cards to this card on the phone but declined. It would cost me 249.00 and would deducted from my checking account on 1 October 2004 which it was. I asked the initial caller how long before I got my card and he said in about 25 days.

The money was deducted and after a couple weeks I called a number that I can't find at this time and got through. I will provide this number as soon as I find it. I asked for customer service and was told I had them and I asked about my card, the lady got all huffy and said I would have to talk to customer service, my reply was that I rthought I had them. I got transferred to another lady who was just as arrogant.

On or about 2 October I recived a brown box from USPS with some worthless flyers and another application to fill out and to send postal money order for 24.95 to SMS INC, 2530 love tree, san antonio, TX 78232 and I sent it registered return recept requested for an extra 4.25. It was at this point when a postal money money order was requested I started getting suspicious, but went ahead.

Hear it is 4 Novemeber 2004, no card, no contact.

The bad part of all this, is I am a diabled vet, gave up a leg, and became a registered land surveyor and never complained about the difficulty nor accepted disability. 3 years ago I contracted rhumatoid arthritis which made me have to quit work and accept disabilty. The money I receive from the government does not come close to paying my med bills, and my chemo for the rhumatoid is 250.00 co pay. Needless to say I, I won't be taking chemo this month.

I also will be making a report to the post master general as this is mail fraud.

I personnally want to be there, when these people stand before God.

Just to update on my report as I remember addtional items: the phone number I was given at the beginning was 888-406-4353 ext 5901 and was given an account number. I had no servcie charge or no interest for three years. When I asked about what the 249.00 was for I was told by the man that if I was short a month and couldn't make a payment, this was my fund to be drawn from and would not effect my credit, more or less a payment guarantee. I was then connected with a second peron, a lady who went over the entire agreement again. The man spoke with what I would say was an Indian (India) accent.
