guardian info info services ripoff consumer fraud scam con artists fraud champlain New York
My name is Octavian Duggins,i am a victim of a sick operation.In Aug of 2002 i received a phone call from a bogus company,Guardian Info Service.
As the operator began to tell me about the company,i said i was not interested and hung up the phone. Two business days later my car note account was not cleared,due to G I S going in to my checking account and taking money out.
i have kept bank records for proof of theft and i would like to sue whoever is behind this.
