Guardian Mortgage failed to meet deadlines, nothing but headaches
If youre looking for a mortgage in the Northern New Jersey area, cross Guardian Mortgage off your list. In my case they have failed to meet deadlines, informed me that I have to pay 1/4 point due to loan conditions three weeks from my closing (which left me with few options), and the week and a half before closing, while Im watching rates and waiting to lock, I can only get the voice mail of my rep. and he wont call me back. Just avoid the headaches and move right past Guardian Mortgage.
