I ordered half a gallon of hydrogen peroxide in december and still haven't recieved it. I have e-mailed many times with no results. Phone calls bring no results. Yet this company is doing business as usual every day.

The complaint above is 2 years old. No information is provided by the person (if a person and not just a competitor) to explore the claim. RipOff Report does not confirm anything nor provide any information.

We have been in business since 1998 with many, many thousands of sales. The person or competition filing this complaint provides no information to even check if this person was a customer.

Paypal will refund in full to any complaint filed unless delivery confirmation is proven by the company, so the complaint would appear to have no validity on it's face. Although rare, FedEx and UPS will deliver to the wrong address. When this happens, we reship or refund in full - the customer's choice.

Notably, of the thousands of sales a year, less than 1 complaint if filed a year. We have no way of knowing if the person filing the complaint is legitimate or just one of the many fly-by-night competitors that come along. RipOff Report does not verify any complaint and does allow anyone or any organization to create an email address and file any complaint, even if completely false or just a competitor filing a false complaint.

If this person believes they paid and never received their order, Paypal (our credit card processor) would refund 100% unless we proved the product was delivered to the address they provided.
